Returning your order
We view customer satisfaction as paramount. In the case where an item needs to be returned or exchanged, we will honor return or exchange of products sold on thehoopsquad.com up to 15 days from when the product was received. All returned merchandise must be returned in new and unworn condition complete with all tags and trim. Upon return, a refund will be processed with 3 business days minus shipping cost. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase.
